TOKYO, Dec 16 (Reuters) – Chinese auto parts maker Ningbo Yunsheng Co plans to buy a 79.1 percent stake in unlisted Japanese auto parts firm Nikko Electric Industry Co, the Nikkei business daily reported on Wednesday.
