Qiao Xing Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. , a domestic manufacturer of mobile handsets in the People’s Republic of China , today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 40% equity interest in Beijing Eversun Technology Co., Ltd. from two independent third parties .
